Day 30: Conditional Statements & Loops

⚡ Day 30: Conditional Statements & Loops

🔹 Conditional Statements

Used to make decisions in your code.

let age = 20;
if (age >= 18) {
  console.log("You are an adult");
} else {
  console.log("You are a minor");
}

Other Conditional Types

  • if...else if...else — for multiple conditions
  • switch — for fixed cases
let day = 3;
switch(day){
  case 1: console.log("Monday"); break;
  case 2: console.log("Tuesday"); break;
  default: console.log("Other day");
}

🔹 Loops

Loops are used to execute code multiple times.

  • for — repeat code a fixed number of times
  • while — repeat while condition is true
  • do...while — executes at least once
for(let i=1; i<=5; i++){
  console.log("Count: " + i);
}
